Hockey Bunnies

Due to the enormous increase in prices of ice, hotels, and food in Italy, we are extremely happy that we can organize another year of our tournament in the Italian town of Fondo, where the local community is very helpful and thanks to their support, the tournament can be organized again this year. We are very grateful to them and looking forward to this year’s tournament. The tournament will take place at the winter stadium in Fondo, located in the north of the Italian mountains during the month of April in 2023. Tournament: Each tournament has its own opening ceremony with figure skating performances, team presentations in a fire show, and the playing of national anthems. The tournament includes skill competitions such as speed skating, shooting accuracy, puck slalom, and speed shooting. There are plenty of beautiful prizes for all players, including the best individual player of each game and the best player of the entire tournament. We also announce the ALL STARS TEAM of the tournament. During the entire tournament, there are also competitions with the Bunnies mascot. The tournament is accompanied by a program of events, photo printing, and souvenir sales in the fan zone. The opening ceremony features a spectacular fire show. Online reports from the tournament will be available on the website throughout the tournament, as well as interviews with players and coaches after each game.

Tournament level AA+
The tournament is open to teams of the following age groups and is limited to a maximum of 8-10 teams.

Tournament dates

The best teams from Italy will be invited to the tournament first, followed by teams from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Belarus, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Russia, Finland, Sweden, France, and others.

The registration fee for one player on a team is 120 EUR (70 EUR registration fee + 50 EUR for 5 meals).

The registration fee includes: 5 meals at the ice rink throughout the tournament, refreshments and water in the locker room, rental of the ice rink, and a guarantee of at least 5 games in the tournament. There will also be a medic, referees, tournament prizes, and great organization :-).

Each player will receive a tournament bag with gifts and souvenirs. The best goalkeeper, forward, and defender will receive prizes, as well as the ALL STARS TEAM of the tournament. The winners of the skill competitions will also receive prizes. The official partner for tournament prizes is CCM PUNTO HOCKEY ITALY and DM HOCKEY SKILLS.

Propositions of the Easter CCM PUNTO HOCKEY BUNNIES CUP 2023 tournament

1. Tournament evaluation

2) mutual matches
3) goal difference
4) greater number of goals scored
5) draw
6) in the playoffs, if the result is a draw, 3 penalty shots will follow on both sides.

2. Awards
-after each match, the best players of the game will be awarded (material prize)
-all the teams will receive a cup, a diploma and a material prize
-teams in 1st to 3rd place will receive a cup, medals and a material prize. The winners will be recorded on the traveling cup HOCKEY BUNNIES TOURNAMENTS
-the best goalkeeper, defender and attacker will receive a diploma, a statue and a material prize
-ALL STARS TEAM will receive a statue and a material prize from the company CCM or DM HOCKEY SKILLS
-winners of skill competitions will receive a statue and a material prize from the company CCM or DM HOCKEY SKILLS

3. Health services
-provided by the tournament organizer

4. Objections
-all objections must be submitted in writing within 15 minutes after the end of the match to the tournament management along with a deposit of 300 EUR. In case of the protest being recognized, the deposit will be refunded.

5. Referees
-provided by the tournament organizer

6. Jerseys
-each team must have two sets of match jerseys and socks

7. Player identification
-for foreign teams, travel documents
-for home teams, valid registration cards

8. Ice modification
-minigame: after 2 matches, large field: after each match

9. Entry fee
-120 EUR PER PLAYER IN THE TEAM

10. Food
-lunch and dinner will be served at the winter stadium in Fondu. For 1 coach, lunches and dinners are FREE during the tournament!!!

The price for food is:
10 EUR lunch – lunch includes: main course and side dish in a buffet form, dessert and water

Therefore, SPORT PRO.CZ s.r.o. recommends individual members to take out insurance against injuries caused by sports activities.

The company has the right to select teams for the tournament. By submitting an application or an entry fee to the company’s account, the registered team does not automatically have the right to participate in the tournament. Therefore, always wait for a confirming email of acceptance to the tournament, which is organized or co-organized by the company.

Accommodation:
Hotel Milano***
A beautiful hotel located 800 meters from the winter stadium in Fondo. Each room has its own TV, wifi connection, hairdryer. The hotel has a play area for children, a screening room, a bar for guests, a gym, a conference room for meetings. The hotel has a large garden with a terrace. Parking for guests is free.
The hotel underwent a complete reconstruction in 2017 for approximately 7 million euros.
The prices for accommodation are:
45 EUR – per night with breakfast in the form of a rich buffet in a quadruple room.
50 EUR – per night with breakfast in the form of a rich buffet in a triple room.
55 EUR – per night with breakfast in the form of a rich buffet in a double room.

Hotel Parco Pineta Cavareno***
A very nice family hotel, located 5 minutes by car from the stadium in the village of Cavareno. The hotel offers rooms for a maximum of 30 people. The hotel has excellent Italian and Indian cuisine. There is a large park and playground for children near the hotel. Parking is free for tournament participants at the hotel.

The city tax of Fondo is not included in the price of accommodation, which is 2 EUR per person over 14 years of age per night. The CITY TAX fee is paid on the last day of departure at the hotel reception.

Tournament Payments

All payments for accommodation, meals, and player entry fees must be made on the first day of arrival at the tournament. Payment must be made in cash and in EUR at the tournament director’s office.
To reserve a hotel room and meals, please contact tournament director Daniel Malinovský.
The tournament management does not accept accommodation at other facilities than the partner hotels of the tournament, which provide the best possible prices and services for our players and parents attending our tournament in the beautiful environment of Canion de Fondo.
